Our technology modifies trivalent iron into ferrous iron which makes the boiling water become alkaline (tested 8.5pH).
There is no need for seasoning. Only step you need to take is to make sure you heat dry before putting it away.
We recommend to fill the kettle with water at about 70% capacity when boiling.
